Q. What are Pre-Orders?
A. Pre-Orders allow you to reserve shoes from upcoming collections before they sell out.
Q. How do I Pre-Order shoes?
A. When a shoe style is available for pre-order, it will be marked as "Pre-Order" on the shoe style's webpage. You'd add the pre-order shoes to your cart just as you would when making a regular purchase and proceed to checkout. When checking-out you will be charged for the pre-ordered item.
Q. When will I be charged for my Pre-Order?
A. After placing the pre-ordered shoes in your cart and proceeding to checkout, you will be charged at checkout.
Q: When will my Pre-Order be shipped to me?
A. An approximate shipping date for each pre-order shoe style is listed under the shoe style's description. We will ship your pre-order as soon as it is available. Once each pre-order ships, you will be emailed with the tracking information.
Q. Can I change the size or color of my Pre-Ordered shoes?
A. If you would like to change the size or color of your pre-ordered shoes, please email email@example.com within 3 days of placing your original order. We will be happy to modify your order for you.
Q. Can I cancel my Pre-Order?
A. Yes, you can cancel your pre-order within 3 days of placing your original order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. You will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Q. Can I exchange or return my Pre-Order?
A. Yes, you can exchange or return your Pre-Order within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please see our Exchanges & Returns Policy for details.
Q. Will I be notified if the Pre-Order approximate shipping date changes?
A. Yes, you will be notified via email if the approximate shipping date for a pre-order changes.
Q. Can I Pre-Order multiple shoe styles at one time?
A. Yes, you can place as many pre-orders for shoes that are available to be pre-ordered as you like.
Q. Can I change the shipping address of my Pre-Order?
