FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE U.S.: ALEXIS ISABEL OFFERS FREE RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE U.S. WHEN REQUESTING A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL ORDERS@ALEXISISABEL.COM AND INCLUDE THIS COMPLETED FORM AND RECEIPT. A SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE THEN EMAILED TO YOU.

FOR ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE REST OF THE WORLD: THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES WHEN REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN.
